They say it takes a village, so join ours! MotherWell Postpartum and Play groups are designed with both moms and babies in mind. Our goal is to provide education on topics like pelvic floor health, core dysfunction, tummy time, and more AND equip you with functional movement you address them. The best part? Children are encouraged to attend! Exercises will always have a child-friendly option so you feel confident in strengthening your body no matter how many children you have or how hectic your day looks.

Here are the deets:

• When: Wednesday mornings at 9:30 AM (prior registration required)

• Where: Ressmeyer Wellness Center | 1329 Wynnton Rd, Columbus, GA 31906

• What to bring: yoga mat, mat and/or toys for your baby, water

• forms must be signed and submitted prior to attendance (will be provided in confirmation email upon reserving spot)
